Some permanent spells that use warp (or blitz) generate delayed triggered abilities that in effect while they're on the battlefield. Reading the rules text, it's clear that these abilities are generated by spells on the stack. However, if we counter these abilities with Tishana's Tidebinders on Magic Arena, Tidebinders erases all abilities on those permanents.
I tried to find out in the rules why Tidebinders can find permanents (usually creatures) from such delayed triggered abilities, but I can't find anything.
