Lutri, the Spellchaser becomes invalid with duplicate cards in the sideboard
I run a Tainted Pact/Thassas Oracle deck using Lutri as a companion. There are no duplicate cards in the maindeck but there are duplicates in the sideboard that seem to disable Lutri even though Lutris companion viability is only supposed to be concered with cards in the mainboard.

This started happening to me as well. I run Wishclaw Talisman for an extra tutor, and an additional one in the sideboard to fetch with Karn. Since I have a copy in each deck, Lutri throws a fit even though he should only be looking at the mainboard.
