Opponent doesn't timeout during mulligan selection process
During the mulligan selection process at the beginning of a game, if the opponent selects nothing then the timer may get stuck at zero seconds remaining.

Just had this happen to me in Arena Direct. My opponent timed out and it hung for a long time and then just sent me back to the lobby. No win or loss. Shouldn't this be a game loss for my opponent? I quite liked the hand I had drawn.

That a sign, that you lost connection, and are probably have lost your first turn already. Maybe even the game due to timeout.
