Error during k-id association process prevents all future logins by the affected child
If something goes wrong with the process that associates a child's account with a k-id account, the child is permanently unable to log back in to any Wizards property. The login process presents the COPPA form every time, and then says "Unexpected error. Please try again."
Customer service routinely responds to tickets about this by asking me to have my son log in again. Which he obviously can't do because the entire reason for creating a ticket is that he can't log in. He's been locked out for over a month with zero actual help from Wizards, despite an extensive thread with the k-id folks explaining the issue. It's a bug in the wizards login form. Please fix it.
