Wan Shi Tong, All-Knowing inconsistencies
Wan Shi Tong, All Knowing and Dutiful Knowledge Seeker were printed in the TLE.
These cards have triggered abilities that trigger "Whenever one or more cards are put into a library from anywhere"
Cards like Impulse and Anticipate that look at a number of cards, put one into your hand , and "the rest on the bottom" do not trigger these cards on Arena.
Cards like Moment of Truth and Sleight of Hand that look at a number of cards, but instruct to put only 1 cards on the bottom (one on the bottom, the other on the bottom) do trigger Wan Shi Tong (WST)
This is inconsistent between effects that put cards onto the bottom of the library.
It seems that because of the "one or more", WST should be triggered by Anticipate and Impulse just like the cards that only return 1 cards to the bottom.
Hurkyl and other effects that instruct to "put the rest" on the bottom all seem to not work, even though it's one or more and single cards to the bottom do trigger WST.
Please correct or give expanded rulings.

Jace, the Mind Sculptor's +2 ability will also trigger this upon moving the top card of the library to the bottom (but not when declining to move).

Anything that says "the rest" seems to not work.
Anything that says discreet numbers (Brainstorm, Brainsurge, Moment of Truth (One onto the Bottom)) seems to work.
Memories Returning triggers twice, once for each card put onto the bottom by the opponent."Pu the rest" seems like it should trigger once, but it's not triggering at all.
