“Not enough disk space” Issue
The app gives me an error that there is not enough disk space when there in fact is plenty of space. I have deleted/redownloaded, offloaded/redownloaded, turned off and on, deleted and then deleted another app and redownloaded, turned game mode on and off (iOS). This is a persistent issue that has been raised twice here on the feedback site and multiple times on Reddit over the past couple of years, and each time the people involved seem to just be permanently locked out of the app with no recourse. Emailing WOTC customer support yielded little more than boilerplate “have you tried checking our bug fixes page?” Is there anything I can do at all? There doesn’t seem to be any solution and at this moment the game is, quite literally, unplayable.
