Kozilek's Command was allowed to create tokens
He had Chalice at 2, my Counterspell and Get Lost were being countered of course, but his Kozilek's Command was allowed to create tokens.

The mana value of an X spell on the stack includes the value of X, So unless Kozilek's Command is cast for X=0 (which it wasn't because it created at least one token), Chalice at 2 does not counter it, since its mana value is at least 3.
