Three Tree Scribe has a triggered ability that is supposed to trigger when creatures leave the battlefield without dying. It incorrectly triggers when creatures die.

To reproduce:
1. Play Three Tree Scribe
2. Cause a creature controlled by Three Tree Scribe's controller to die
3. Observe whether the ability incorrectly triggers

I am using Steam on PC (Windows)

Expected Results: The triggered ability of Three Tree Scribe does not trigger when it or another creature dies
Actual Results: The trigger occurs when creatures die
