Spell Queller Memory Deluge interaction bug
If Spell Queller has exiled Memory Deluge, when Spell Queller is killed, it gives you the option to cast Memory Deluge. When you select it to cast it, it goes to the graveyard but does not actually cast the spell. I have observed this bug two separate times. I have not seen this bug with Spell Queller exiling any other card.

No, Memory Deluge does resolve. But since no mana was spent to cast it, you do not get to look at any cards. And thus do not get to choose two cards from those not looked at cards to put into your hand.
