Disguise cannot be cast with a card exiled via airbend
Steps to reproduce:
Cast a card that has disguise
Airbend that card
Cast the card with at least 3 mana available
Note that no option to cast the card with disguise is available

Disguise is an alternative cost, so is the 2 mana for an airbended card. You can only use one alternative cost to cast a spell, and if you want to cast the airbended card from exile, you HAVE to "choose" the 2 mana cost to cast the spell at all. Trying to choose the other alternative cost means forgoing the thing that is allowing the spell to be cast in the first place. Which would result in an illegal casting.
