Bug: Gut and Quina
When I attacked and sacrificed a permanent for Gut's ability, making a Skeleton token, my Quina triggered and made a Frog token, but the Frog incorrectly entered tapped and attacking!

Quina has no triggers. It has a static ability creating a replacement effect. This is important, because due to it being a replacement effect, and that effect ONLY replacing the number and type of tokens created, ALL tokens created with the modified token creation event are subject to any additional effects imposed on the original token. This includes, but is not limited to, entering tapped and attacking, entering with counters, getting sacrificed at end of turn, etc. This is not a bug, this is how the rules say the game works.
