Eluge, the Shoreless Sea does not have the correct oracle text on the card.

It is missing the (or 1) after the blue mana symbol. (The one there is the colorless 1 mana symbol).

I spent most of my game trying to figure out why all of his mana costs were discounted rather than just the blue ones.

Suggestion: update the text to include an extremely relevant piece of game text. The card works, but the text doesn't match.
