BUG Overwhelming splendor bypasses player Hexproof
In a game where I had Crystal barricade on the field giving me the player Hexproof, other player plays overwhelming splendor which states “enchant player
Enchanted players creatures lose all ability’s and have base power and toughness 1/1
Crystal barricade provides a static(passive) ability stating “you have hexproof” (you can’t be the target of spells or abilities your opponents control.
Now as an Aura enchantment per rule
CR 303.4
“An Aura spell requires a target, which is defined by its enchant ability.”
And rule
CR 702.11b
“A player with hexproof can’t be the target of spells or abilities an opponent controls.”
Meaning pure rule 303.4 an aura targets and rule 702.11b hexproof means I can’t be targeted so Arena allowed the card to bypass Hexproof illegally and the spell lacking a target should have either fizzled or had to have targeted the caster.
I am on IOS but I do not know what the other player was on not that it matters as it’s an error in how arena handles the rules logic of cards.

Did your opponent CAST Overwhelming Splendor, or did they just put it onto the field? This is important, because aura SPELLS target what they are going to get attached to as a permanent, aura PERMANENTS entering the battlefield in any other way DO NOT.
