I have clicked on not collected, mythic rarity, instant
Force of Negation appears. When I click on craft all, it then tells me not enough wildcards- you do not have enough wildcards to finish this deck.- Rare Wildcard:1

To craft any card, you have to spend a wildcard corresponding to the LOWEST RARITY printing of that card on Arena, regardless of the rarity of the specific version you want to craft. Lowest rarity printing of Force of Negation on Arena is rare, so you need a rare wildcard to craft the mythic version.
