Sokka's Haiku unable to cast during Omniscience Quick Draft Event
Sokka's Haiku was unable to counter Crashing Wave in the Omniscience Quick Draft. The card did not highlight to indicate it was a "potential" instant-speed response but other cards did highlight. I tried to drag it out anyway and it would not cast the spell.

Because you could not legally cast the spell. That required a LAND on the field to target, which in Omniscience Draft usually aren't played.
