No Fleem cosmetic
I am writing regarding a missing cosmetic item (“Fleem”) on my MTG Arena account.
I preordered the Mastery Package well before the preorder deadline and opened 10 packs. However, after logging into MTG Arena, the Fleem cosmetic was not added to my account and does not appear in my collection or cosmetics inventory.
I have already checked my Inbox, Collection (including “Not Collected” filters), restarted the client, and logged out/in, but the item is still missing.
Could you please verify my account entitlement for the Mastery Package preorder and grant the Fleem cosmetic if it was not correctly applied?
