Hello Wizards of the Coast Support Team,
I am writing to report a technical issue I experienced today, December 28th, 2024, between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM (UTC-3).
While playing a Quick Draft match, the game client encountered a critical bug. I was in a winning position, simply waiting for the opponent to pass the turn to deliver the final blow, when the match was abruptly canceled/voided by the system.
As a result, I ended my Draft run with a record of 6 wins and 3 losses. Without this technical failure, I would have achieved the maximum 7 wins and 2 losses. Since Draft events require an entry fee and offer rewards based on performance, I feel significantly disadvantaged by this error.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this incident and provide a fair resolution, such as a compensation of the reward difference or a partial refund of the entry fee (Gems/Gold).
