Here and tectonic hazard don’t work together
Ojer and tectonic hazard don’t work together. Ojer says if a red source would deal non combat damage less than piers power it deals piers power instead. Tectonic hazard is a red source, and it just does 1 damage.

Ojer Axonil does not care about damage to creatures or planeswalkers, only damage to an opponent is replaced. As per its text.
