Perforating Artist not doing as described
Perforating Artist did not take 3 life away from opponent. Card reads that if you choose to loose 3 life then owner pays it as well. Choosing the other options negatives both players from loosing life. This did not n happen as it should've in my event.

Your reading comprehension needs improving. Each opponent gets the choice to pay 3 life, or sac a nonland permanent, or discard a card. The owner of the Artist is irrelevant. The controller of it is not their own opponent and doesn't get to choose anything for the trigger, they are not affected by it.
