Feedback button.
Please, there's still a lot of friction when submitting program improvements and bug reports. Add a button to the program itself, always visible in all sections where a form opens for submitting feedback. With AI, it's now much easier to categorize all received messages and prioritize them.

This website and the current system is a complete and utter failure. More people need to be observing and responding to these issues. Some of the issues are not issues, but lack of comprehension of the user, and some are downright racist.
This website should not be a place where the user Spaderman#48650 can post things like this and it still remains there.
He was just as racist the next day.
It is unacceptable that a company of this size can't address issues like this in a timely manner. All the talk about inclusivity and Magic being for everyone is just ******** talk if they don't walk the walk, and commit resources to making it happen.
