During a standard ranked game (Bo3) on PC my oppenet had a card in hand that didn't show up on my screen, did not show a casting animation or appear on teh stack, appear on the batlefield after, and did not go through combat before dmaging my planesawalker. I did kill it with a boardwipe, but it never appeared on my screen except as a gap where other cards in hand were or other creatures on the battlefield were not. In game 3, my hand had an absent card, mulligaining did not fix this. One card (fabled passage, far left of hand) had several sideways cardbacks behind it and possibly the missing card (shoot the sheriff); When I kept the 6 card hand, it the game would not let me select the fabled passage to put on bottom. I accidentally conceded trying to restart my game to see if it would resolve the issue.
