Narset parter of veils with palantir of orthanc
I played narset in my cube, then when it comes to my opponent end step, palantir triggers and i have no choice to choose between mill cards or draw a card, instead my opponent mill cards instead and i lose. I know that he cant draw a card because of my narset but i think that i should have had the oportunitty to make my opponent draw the card. Because of that i lose my cube and now y dont have enough gems to play

You cannot choose inpossible options. Your Narset makes the choice of letting your opponent draw a card impossible, so you have to "choose" the mill and life loss. So don't play card draw prohibition against a Palantir on the field, you'll end up dying to the life loss.
