Aang's Iceberg doesn't prompt for confirmation when targeting one of your own permanents
Aang's Iceberg has a blue outline on valid targets you control, instead of a yellow one that prompts for confirmation. This can result in, for example, unintentionally exiling a creature you control that you wanted to add a +1/+1 counter to with Calix, Guided by Fate.
Steps to reproduce:
- Cast Aang's Iceberg while controlling another nonland permanent
