Not adding cards from the Lorwyn Eclipsed Jump In event to my collection
Many of the cards from the event deckl are not being added to my collection even though I added the deck.

I'm having the same issue. The Midweek Magic event is effectively phantom, even though it's not marked as such. I was hoping there would be clarity after today's install: is the bug that the cards haven't been added or that the event was supposed to be phantom?
Note: "Add to Decks" just saves the deck for later use, and shouldn't be required to add cards to your collection. If you only have some of the cards, you probably got them from another source. I know that's the case for me.
