Dawnhand Dissident Wouldn't Let Me Cast Creatures Exiled With It
As title says, had a Dawnhand Dissident on the field, activated it's blight 2 ability and exiled multiple creatures under it. On my turn, there was no way to actually cast the creatures even though I had multiple creatures with enough -1/-1 counters on them to pay for the additional cost.

Were those exiled cards OWNED by you? You do not get to cast your opponent's cards with it.
