Grapeshot
I cannot figure out how my opponent played grapeshot twice. They only had one card in hand (going down to 0) when they played it, then it was played again. Not copied, and I died. It happened both games. The first time I didnt know what happened and assumed it was an effect I didnt know of, but the second game I scoured the field to see if I missed anything, and I seemingly did not, yet still died. They didnt have any alchemy cards to "conjure a copy" or whatever. I tried capturing the log, but it didnt work on my phone for some reason.

Most likely used Ral's ultimate loyalty ability to dig 8 cards deep into their library, and found another Grapeshot, which Ral's ability also allows to cast for free.
