Gameply Bug on Premier Draft – Screen Freeze Caused Match Loss (Android)

I am writing to report a bug that caused me to lose a match in a recent Premier Draft game on Android, and to request compensation for the resulting loss.
Yesterday, I lost multiple matches and nearly 10,000 Gems, which was already very frustrating. Today, I recharged again and drafted a strong UR Elementals deck. For the first 2 lost, my opponents have bombed decks and good skill, which is fair, and I was prepared for a tough run.
However, during the final match, on Turn 2, when I attempted to play an Island as my second land, the screen became stuck on a zoomed-in view of the Island card on the right side. I was completely unable to interact with the game, and my turn was automatically skipped. I have to restart the game but my turn was already passed. From that point on, I was forced to play behind for the rest of the match.
Despite the setback, I continued to play seriously and tried to recover the tempo, but ultimately lost. To make matters worse, my opponent repeatedly spammed “gg,” which added to the frustration.
This loss was not due to gameplay decisions, but a technical failure, and it occurred in a high-cost competitive mode. I feel extremely disappointed and upset, and I believe compensation is appropriate given the Gems spent and the unfair match outcome.
Please investigate this issue and let me know what can be done.
