Massacre Worm not working as worded/intended. (pc)
I played Massacre Worm, and 2 of my opponent's creatures died. Instead of my opponent losing that life, I lost it and therefore lost the match due to only having 4 life left. I don't have any evidence to show, because I didn't know it was going to happen this way. I only ask that someone fix the way it works to actually work as worded. Thank you.

I played Massacre Wurm and it kills my creatures, even if it doesn't triggers the consequential damage to me. Every time it enters, the effect of the damage is applyed to my avatar too, even without creatures in game.

Was your opponent playing a Sephiroth deck, or some other deck using Vengeful Bloodwitch and the like? If so, your Massacre Wurm's second trigger most likely did not get a chance to resolve, you died to your oppnent's triggers, which resolved first.
