On start up of a new game my phone screen turned off due to inactivity. I immediately turned it back on which often momentarily loses connection. I click “reconnect to client” like I always do. It loads into the game like normal and I wait a few minutes while my opponent is not choosing whether to keep their hand or not. The timer rope fizzles (in blue, the opposing player). After it fizzles nothing happens. I reload the app, puts me in the game to see the opponent has played their first land drop, then immediately forfeits me the game before I even get to place a land.

This was in pick-two draft. I spent gems to play this game. I’m a free-2-play player outside of season passes. Please can I get some form of gem refund for this as this isn’t really on me when the game alluded me to being reconnected.

Cannot unfortunately get any form of match ID. Hopefully the attached image shows i’m currently 1-1 in an 8-rare deck that I was extremely excited to play and may now go negative and lose out on the little gems I have. :(
