Good morning,
while I was playing a Premier Draft match, the game crashed and kicked me out, and I wasn’t able to log back in. This has happened multiple times across different drafts.
I would therefore kindly request a gem refund.

Another issue is that when I launch Arena, or whenever I go to the home page, that glowing orb that talks (I believe it’s called Spark) keeps repeating the same line over and over again. This is very annoying and has been happening for a very long time. Thank you.
