Twinflame Tyrant
Twinflame Tyrant's ability to double the damage dealt is being done before other replacement affects like Fated Firepower or Artist's Talent. This should by default be done last or at least have an option to choose the order.
The specific instance I witnessed this in: I had Shattered Yard dealing 8 damage instead of the expected 14 - with a 4 counter Fated Firepower, a fully unlocked Artist's Talent, and a Twinflame Tyrant on the board.

The option to choose the order exists. You just have to disable the autoordering of replacement effects in your settings.
