Rooftop percher can't block color protected sygg
I just played a game of Arena Quick Draft on PC. I had a Rooftop Percher in play, the 3/3 flyer colorless changeling. My opponent had a Sygg, flipped it to the side that gave it protection from each color and attacked.
My Rooftop Percher was untapped and was eligible to block, but the system would not let me block because of the color protection Sygg had.

The protection was not the issue. The issue was Sygg's first line, on both sides:
"Sygg can't be blocked."
