Ulamog,the Delifer can't get correct counters
When Ulamog,the Delifer enters the battlefield,it's supposed to get counters equal to the greatest mana value among cards in exile.But that doesn't work with Shelldock Isle.The card exiled by Shelldock Isle doesn't get in Ulamog's count at all.

Ulamog can't see any characteristics of face down cards in exile, which includes mana cost and thus mana value. It is not public information.
