Bug related to copying Hidetsugu and Kairi
When creating a copy of Hidetsugu and Kairi, the original or the copy must go to graveyard by the Legendary Rule. Since this happens before the first priority after H&K entering battlefield, two triggered abilities (entering and dying) must be placed on the stack at the same time and in an arbitrary order.
In MtGA, this order is determined so that entering ability must be resolved at first (even though I activated Full Control mode.) This seems to be a bug.

It is not determined. You just still have your autoordering enabled. Go to the settings menu while in a match and disable it, and you can choose the order of your triggers.
