[BUG] Grievous Wounds does not work with Unholy Annex
Grievous Wounds in play as well as Unholy Annex... grievous wounds is enchanting opponent... at end of turn, annex triggers, and opponent loses 2 life... grievous does not trigger even when the player has lost damage this way. But it works when dealing combat damage... GW does not specify if its combat / non combat damage so I assumed this should have worked.

The opponent lost life. They did NOT take damage. The two are not the same. Dealing damage to a player usually CAUSES loss of life. But many many many cards cause life loss without damage involved. E.g. Unholy Annex.
