Aclazotz, Deepest Betrayal - Land Transform ability activated while I had 2 cards in hand
While playing, an opponent's Aclazotz, Deepest Betrayal was destroyed and returned in land form. It explicitly states the transform ability can only be activated while the opponent (me) has one or fewer cards in hand. I had two cards in hand (2 with the same name), but they were able to activate the transform ability. As a direct result, they won the game.

Read the card again. It does NOT say "if an opponent has one or fewer cards in hand". It says "if A PLAYER has one or fewer cards in hand". So if Temple of the Dead's controller has 1 or fewer cards in hand, they can activate the ability, regardless of how full your hand is.
