Voice of victory / instant speed on players turn bug

following conditions

• opponent has voice of victory on the board,
• i have an airbent aven interruptor from a avatars wrath cast 2 turns ago.

my turn i cast a new avatars wrath, targeting a creature,
opponent airbends the creature targeted by avatars wrath-
i am not allowed to cast the interruptor inresponse to opponents spell despite having available mana and it being a flash creature on my turn
this disrupts avatars wrath,

it seems Arena registers voice of victory as dispelling instant speed on its opponents turn aswell
