Give me my money back
This problem with the screen locking, game freezing, unable to even concede the match has been happening to me since the last update. Now, with absolutely no cards in hand, and no abilities to activate, my timer rope comes up and I'm unable to do anything. I was already upset because of the amount of matches I'd lost during ranked limited play because of this bug, but now I had to restart the client in the middle of a match during the Lorwyn Eclipsed win a box event, and it counted the match as a loss. You are losing my confidence that you care about anything other than money. This the 4th time I've reported this bug and I've seen no responses, no attempt to refund any gems that have been lost because of this bug. I'm sure you don't care, but you about to lose a customer, that actually spends money btw.
