Did I enjoy NOT playing the game?? For real??
After a garbage opening hand, 2 mulligans, mana ***** for 3 turns, mana flood for the next 5 turns... All while the opponent gets an ideal opening hand that wins effortlessly. Also you will see the exact counter strategy to your deck for 10 games in a row, while all of the above happens. It happens in every arena format, and it's especially egregious after we spend saved up currency for a draft or sealed event, only to get screwed out of 3 losses in a row.
Then they have the audacity to ask if we enjoyed the experience? Next time just give us a losing screen with a middle finger.
Seriously, just tell us what pass to buy so we can actually PLAY THE GAME!!!!
I've been an avid player for 30 years now, and I have NEVER experienced this kind of ******** with actual cards. Not in EDH, not in drafts, not in standard, not in modern. You are actively insulting your most passionate customers.

Since I posted this, I played 10 games with the same deck:
8 mulligans down to 4-5 cards. The opponents had perfect hands and won by turn 3-4.
1 playable hand, that led to both mana ***** early, and mana flood late.
and 1 game where I was mana screwed, but my opponent was screwed worse and conceded.
Not a SINGLE playable game in 10 tries.
THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE FUN!!!!!!!!! WHY IS NO ONE FIXING THIS ****????
You are about to lose a loyal player of 30 years if this continues, but who actually cares right? I've spent thousands on this game, but that isn't enough for hasbro. Who do I have to pay to PLAY THE ******* GAME???
