BUG: Amphibian Downpour + doubling effects does not work
Amphibian downpour and the doubling effects does not work. If I have amphibian downpour and parallel lives on the battlefield, it should double the number of tokens that get attached to the creature.

Copies of permanent spells become tokens when they resolve. But those tokens are not created. Token doublers only look for tokens created with the "create token" game action.
