Stack order issue (Go blank vs Emrakul, Aeons Thorn)
Go blank makes me discard 2 cards. Then exile my graveyard, discarding Emrakul, Aeons Thorn adds his own effect in the stack, which should shuffle my graveyard into my deck, but that does not happen, instead my emrakul effect doesn't trigger and my graveyard, including Emrakul is exiled. This should not happen.

No trigger can go on the stack, much less resolve, while another object is resolving. You discard the cards and exile your graveyard all during the resolution of Go Blank. Emrakul's trigger still happens after Go Blank has finished resolving, but your graveyard, including Emrakul, have been exiled by then already. The library is still shuffled.
