Purchasing issue
None of my Product code redemptions or purchases through the store on both PC and mobile ever get sent to me directly. I always have to contact Customer Support and input tickets. Not once since I made my account have I had a straight forward Redemption/Purchase. The most recent was purchasing the two pre-release bundles for TMNT on Arena. Was told it was resolved and in the future to report bugs on this reporting page. It's been 8 days since "Solved" and no product was given and I have to wait another weekend for this team to respond....
