This issue isn’t resolved But their IT department just keeps marking requests to fix it as resolved.
Keep reopening your requests.
Eventually they’ll figure out how to fix it. -

Pretty sure they screwed everyone and are now doing damage control, unfortunately they don’t know how to actually fix it so they’re trying to just avoid catching a case.
