4x rare wildcard transaction failed. "Duplicate Transaction"/"You already own this item"

My PC is unavailable to me at this time so I am unable to confirm or deny if the problem persists across platforms.

Error happened shortly after release of TMNT. I purchased several of the rare wildcard bundles one right after the other. It was like the eighth or ninth purchase when it failed.

I can still purchase everything else but not the 4x rare wildcard bundle.

I have NO DOUBT in my mind that the 4x rare wildcard bundle brings in tons of cash for WotC. Furthermore, it would seem this issue has plagued several individuals and I haven't seen a moderator reply. Where is the "We're aware of the problem and are currently working on a fix" or "sorry for the inconvenience folks"???

GET UP OFF YOUR *** guys! Someones dropping the ball here and needs a demotion for all this cash that is NOT going to the bank. You have customers standing here with wallets open and you got thumbs up your *****. This is poor pathetic performance for "professionals".
