I can still make a Historic deck with Food Chain and join the ranked Historic queue with it (I dropped before being matched). My client does not say the card is banned. I did not receive wild cards when the client updated after the ban.

1.  Steps to reproduce: Make a deck with the turtle version of Food Chain. ??? Profit
   

2.  Platform: PC app. (standalone, not Steam)
   

3.   Behavior: I can make the deck and queue for the Historic ranked queue.
   

4.   Expected: I should not be able to do either of those things.
   

5.   Pics/Video: Trust me bro. (I bet it's not just me.)
   

6.  Workaround: don't be a cheater and make decks with banned cards.
