Here's a new idea, why not try and fix the constant crashes and lag issues...? I am fed up seeing this screen, frankly, and no other game I have has had so many problems. Please can you sort this code out, because the game is rapidly becoming unplayable for anything more than 20 minutes at a time... I've had this occur at least 9 or 10 times today, alone, and it's an instant downer.
Every time I opt to Check Status, it says there's no incidents or issues, and yet it happens on a daily basis. I have re-installed, restarted my PC, and even cleaned / repaired it twice, to see if it makes any difference, and surprise surprise, it doesn't... the game is constantly keeling over. I have made adjustments to my connection multiple times, with no positive result. What have you done to break the game so much? CLearly I am not the only person suffering these issues, as can be seen by the 1000s of other posts saying the App keeps crashing, etc.
