Ramos, dragon engine does not combo with leyline of the guildpact
Ramos, dragon engine does not combo with leyline of the guildpact and also does not recognize color identity of cards with activated abilities that contain more colors than the mana cost. Just built a deck around Ramos and it will not recognize the synergy I’ve built in

Indeed, because there is no combo to be had here. Leyline of the Guildpact only gives PERMANENTS all colors, while Ramos triggers on colored SPELLS being cast. Leyline does not affect spells. And Ramos also does not care about color identity. A colorless spell with a 5-color color identity will give no counters, and that is correct. Color and color identity are different concepts, and not interchangeable. The "synergy" you've built into your deck does not exist.
