donatello, the brains and immobilize does not work correctly
Donatello lets you create mutagen tokens when a token is created.
Immobilize lets you create tapped and attacking tokens that get sacrificed at end of turn.
Donatello's mutagen token is also tapped and sacrificed with the attacking tokens.
the mutagen token should not be tapped, and does not need to be sacrificed.

Incorrect, Arena handles this correctly. Donatello only changes the number and type of tokens created, nothing else. Any additional token due to such a replacement effect will also be affected by any additional effects the original tokens are subjected to. This inlcudes entring tapped, entering attacking, entering with counters, receiving counters, and getting sacrificed at end of turn.
