Gaea's cradle bug
Gaea's cradle doesn't seem to register the amount it could contribute mana to pools in order to allow responses. For example I have cradle untapped only and it would provide plenty of mana to cast or do some effect but I get no chance to respond to an instant by tapping it to play like a warp or some other effect.
