Not Getting My Secrets of Strixhaven Pre-Order
I spent over $50 on a pre-order and it never showed up on the packs page prior to the release that I had even bought anything. I thought maybe it was just something that didn't really matter and I would still get the 50 packs I pre-ordered. But nothing. I did not get my packs. Just to make sure that it still counted as I bought it even though my screen is still telling me to "get packs" with nothing else on it, I checked yesterday to see if it was still in the store and it wasn't. Meaning I should have gotten my packs.

I am in the same boat my friends, I am not opening the three free packs till i get my bundle. Email receipts included.
